Bob Gillis
Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson
Mr. Gillis is a graduate from Duquesne University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He embarked on a twelve-year career in sales and marketing, managing the regional offices of two major U.S. Corporations, Lanier Business Products in Raritan Center, Edison, NJ and United States Lines, East Coast Division, Philadelphia, PA.
As his interest in the restaurant industry piqued, Mr. Gillis acquired and operated six successful ventures as a former client of Bielat Santore & Company’s before stepping over to the other side of the business in December of 2015 and joining the team at Bielat Santore & Company.
The knowledge Mr. Gillis gained as a restaurant owner and his empathy of the demands placed upon the restaurant owner, bring a unique perspective to his ability to work with prospects in the food and beverage industry. With the composure gained as salesman in a structured corporate environment, Mr. Gillis is well-suited to manage the sale or purchase of your next business and/or commercial real estate property. His primary territories for business are Mercer and Burlington counties.

Susan Santore
Comptroller
Ms. Santore is the comptroller of Bielat Santore & Company. In her management level position, she is responsible for supervising the accounting and financial reporting of the organization, processing and paying all invoices, receipting and depositing all funds and maintaining all of the books and banking relationships for the company. She is also in charge of all purchasing decisions. She synchronizes all of her in-house work with the company’s accounting firms.
Ms. Santore has been with Bielat Santore & Company, on and off, for over thirty years. She is a highly-trained legal secretary and Notary Public in the State of New Jersey and has also worked for various law firms in that capacity.
Ms. Santore is the contact person for all billing, purchasing and financial inquiries.

Courtney Ciandella
Marketing Coordinator
Courtney Ciandella started with Bielat Santore & Company as a recent graduate of Monmouth University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. As a part-time employee, her responsibilities included implementing new social media strategies; maintaining social media pages, designing newsletters, as well as formulating press releases, including interviews for our “Who’s Who in the Restaurant Industry” press release series. She is also the face behind our “Restaurant Tip of the Month” video series, found on our website, YouTube channel and Facebook page.
Over the years Ms. Ciandella has become an active contributor to our Marketing department, becoming a full-time member of our team as her duties have increased. She also has sales and marketing experience working outside of Bielat Santore & Company that she incorporates into her work as well. Ms. Ciandella has obtained her New Jersey Real Estate License, enhancing her skill set within the commercial real estate field.
